Interactive 3G is aware of the importance for our customers and users of the treatment and use we make of the data we collect from them. This section details what data we collect, how we collect it, how we use it and what rights our customers and users have in relation to their personal data.

Responsible for the processing of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter GDPR) 2016/679 of 27 April, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of data and the free movement of such data, we inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed by Interactive 3G, S.L. (hereinafter «Interactive 3G«), with Tax ID B-84297340 and registered office at Polígono Európolis, Calle Bruselas 14-B, 28232 Las Rozas de Madrid (Madrid). The data collected will be incorporated and processed, through electronic, computer and/or non-automated means, to files owned by Interactive 3G with the legitimacy of being able to comply with the contract for the provision of services that may be made between you and this company.

What personal data do we collect?

It is noted that these cameras are only operational during non-working hours and, in any case, the stored images will be automatically deleted after 15 days from their collection and whenever they are no longer relevant for the purpose for which they were recorded, such as when requested by law enforcement agencies, judges or courts.

In those cases in which the processing of the data requires explicit acceptance on your part, this will be required prior to such processing.

How did we collect your data?

All personal data collected by Interactive 3G has been obtained by the data subject upon request when applying to use any of our services or as part of the data transferred by your systems during the use of our services. Legitimacy for the processing of your data

The processing of personal data collected by Interactive 3G is legitimized by the consent of the data subject (you), which is required for the execution of the contract for the provision of services collected by Interactive 3G. Retention of personal data

Do we share your personal information?

Interactive 3G only shares your personal data when it is strictly necessary for the provision of the service requested by the interested party or because there is a legal obligation. Some examples of cases in which we share your data are:

Interactive 3G has implemented various technical, organizational and physical measures to ensure the security, integrity, confidentiality, availability and privacy of the personal data we collect and thus prevent its possible alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access:

  • Access to data of an electronic (digital) nature is possible only through enabled accesses for which the use of access credentials (user and password) is necessary. All accesses, both by employees and customers, can be logged and the access profile determines the information that will be available.

Your request must indicate the specific request of the right you wish to exercise, with indication of the date, signature and an address for notifications. Also, being a request about very personal rights, it is necessary that, together with your request, you attach a valid proof in law that allows us to identify you, such as a photocopy of your ID card.
